1. App Description

TV Remote Control-AI Smart provides remote control functionality for smart TVs, screen casting, mirroring, and device management features. It is not affiliated with any TV brands (e.g., Samsung, LG, Sony).

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store terms.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the App
• Access the App via automated systems (e.g., bots, scripts)
• Resell or sublicense the App or its content

4. Subscription and Payments

• The App may offer auto-renewing subscription plans through Apple’s App Store.
• You may manage your subscription via your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple and subject to their policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including logos, icons, and source code, are owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Disclaimers

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with all smart TV brands.
• We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for using the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
